#Introduction / #introductions Well, I'm *thinks hard* a #WFH lecturer/arts educator/artist who follows #SilentSunday, #landscape artists, #ClassicalMusic, #Birdlovers, #SciFi and #AncientHistory buffs, #historicalwarfilms as my perennial interests but open to new ideas and interests.

I have a strange fascination for the maritime. Like to sail the vastness of the deep, deep seas and deep, deep space in my mind's eye. But not a real sailor as, like Sir Francis Chichester's wife, I can't tolerate blue water sailing. And get seasick even in a dinghy.

Dogged by #Grammarly and unwritten papers.

A very fun photo of an adorable pink pig with green boots statue standing in front of two red-topped mushroom plushies. The photo was taken into a storefront window, showing the insides of the store but also reflections from across the street—making the scene almost psychedelic-looking. Everywhere you look it’s filled with all sorts of fantastical objects green mossy grass? A bicycle cart filled with blue flowers, green hedges with big pink roses, multi-colored beaded curtains, and in the background some tall San Francisco-style multi-story residences and shops with palm trees and blue skies with big puffy white clouds. It’s a visual kaleidoscope of colors and themes. It makes me very happy. This was taken on Doc Pop’s recent #pixelwalk in the Mission District of San Francisco on March 1, 1025.

A photograph from my long walk, of a narrow San Francisco stairway climbing straight up a steep hill between houses (along with a row of wooden telephone poles extending off into the distance). The front portion of each individual stair is painted with a different color giving the entire set a rainbow piano sort of feeling, and either side of the walkway is surrounded by a beautiful public garden of flowers and plants. It’s clear that someone or a group of people really cares about this garden and walkway. The photograph is accentuated by light leaks on either side of the image, adding some brilliant orange and reddish flares of color.

I might call this “Stairway to Rainbow Heaven” 🌈
