One of the talks I would have presented at #FOSDEM, had I not fallen ill, was on #VirtualOrchestration, and particularly my personal workflow in that regard. It sucked not being able to talk about it in person there, so I decided to write about it instead.
It's a long post, but hopefully interesting enough... I'm particularly interested to hear about how you do it instead (if you do), and if my approach makes sense. Boosts welcome!

We had some amazing talks too at the FOSS on Mobile devroom, and some outreach by @anjan presenting pmbootstrap in the embedded devroom.

I tried Element X Android for #Matrix once again after talking about it at #FOSDEM. It feels nice because the room synchronization is so much faster than with Element. I guess I could use it even without supporting threaded replies or URL previews for links. Absolutely do not care about voice calls. But without Spaces to explore and organize rooms, something seems to be missing. I also miss some settings, like seeing other active sessions. Overall still unsure if I want to make the switch.
Feeling a little off that I didn’t make any #OpenStreetMap contributions over the #FOSDEM week in Belgium. But I had a free hour, and made it up with 100 tasks on #StreetComplete in Ghent (#CFGMgmtCamp).
I'll be on the 21:23 Eurostar (9165) Brussels > London this evening.
Is the fediverse exploding or is it just my little timeline? I mean there seems to be so much going on here? I am not talking about user numbers but about the energy around interactions ... Maybe it's also still the aftermath of the #fediverse #fosdem happenings in Bruxelles which was so rich in all kinds of conversations and enjoyments ...

I think I've been missing out on meeting amazing people by not attending #FOSDEM before.
The sheer amount of passion exhibited in this community is almost overwhelming, and it was so different from almost any other conference I've been to.
I sincerely hope to come back and see some of you again, and meet more of you next time!
