My bathroom window, an amateur stained glass project I did in 2013. Copper foil / solder technique used (not lead came) #StainedGlass #FensterFriday #FensterFreitag

A four panel stained glass window. A seafoam (Bermuda blue I think) trellis supports simple rose patterns, done in pinks, yellow, peach and orange colors. The background is a frosted glass, known as "glue chip". It looks just like frosted over windshields so in winter.

A color photo of another room in the famous Greek House in Cappadocia, Turkey. I say "another' because I've posted a different room recently. This one has warm, pastel pink hues. Onlyl natural light is the source of light, coming through the two windows draped with gossamer white curtain that have pink striping at the bottom (which is about mid-wall). There is a standard wooden double bed with a simple pink blanket on it on which some light is being cast. Pillows are propped up on the bed. On either side of teh bed are nightstands with pink glass lamps that open upwards like flowers.

A timeless black and white photograph of a landscape, as seen through a wooden window structure. This was taken along the running trail at Merced Lake in San Francisco. The window structure is the remnants of a large city sign/poster that has been removed, leaving a wooden box that nicely frames the gorgeous lake and serene landscape in the background. The wooden frame is inset so you can see the landscape extending out on every side of the image which reminds us that everything has a continuing story and to look beyond the edges and truly explore.
