watch dogs 1? pretty bland, by comparison
watch dogs legion? never played it so i can't really say, but from what i've heard the whole "story with no characters" thing didn't pan out too well for em
but also watch dogs legion is just straight up cyberpunk set in the future
i'd argue that a work doesn't have to be set in the future to really be cyberpunk anymore
technology has progressed so much and capitalism has degraded our standard of living so much that in present society all the themes are basically there already
